End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal and binding agreement between you ("You" or "Your"), and Bloosom DSP ("Bloosom DSP"), for the use of Bloosom DSP plugins (the "Software") within your recording software and computers.

Downloads

The purchaser of the product may download the software as many times as necessary.

Multiple Installations

If you purchased this product as an individual, you are licensed to install and activate the software on up to three (3) computers. If you purchased it as an institution or company, you are licensed to use it on up to three (3) machines as a single user, or a single machine for multiple users.

License Transfers

If you purchased this product you may transfer your license to another person. As the original owner you are required to initiate the transfer by contacting Bloosom DSP at blossomdsp@outlook.com, so that the new owner can receive the updates and support attached to the license. Upon transferring a license, the original owner must remove any copies from their machines and is no longer permitted to use the software.

Distribution

You are not permitted to distribute the software without the developer's permission. This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution on magazine covers or software review websites. No license is granted to redistribute the software as part of another software program, including video games, DAWs, etc.

Refunds

Bloosom DSP offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at blossomdsp@outlook.com within 30 days for a full refund.

Updates

Active license holders are entitled to free updates for the purchased product.

Review Copies

Bloosom DSP may provide free licenses to reviewers and content creators. These licenses are provided on the condition that the recipient publishes at least one piece of feedback or review. Failure to provide feedback may result in revocation of the license.

Liability

By installing this software you agree to use it at your own risk. The developer cannot be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of its use.

Bloosom DSP owns the software and all trade secrets, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights therein.

Bloosom DSP, Peach Saturator, Cactus Transient Shaper, and other Bloosom DSP product names are trademarks of Bloosom DSP. All rights reserved.
